Please make sure to ask questions concerning sizing, color and options that you are unclear about before you make your purchase.  

If we have made an error in our listing, we will do everything that we can to correct the situation, up to and including a full refund.  In the event that this is the circumstance, all items must be returned BEFORE a refund is issued.  In the event that a return is approved, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping unless it was an error on our part.

Out Island Essentials is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items because of the postal system.  We take every effort to scan each shipment as evidence of it leaving our possession.  If you need delivery confirmation or signature release, please let us know so that we may add the additional costs to your order.

We are absolutely NOT responsible for shipping to a wrong address that you have provided.  Please double check your address and do not forget to change it if you have recently moved.
